Ensure every wedding or corporate event invitation reaches every guest — even those without WhatsApp — using automatic SMS invitation cascade delivery. Invitation.az automatically sends a personalized SMS when WhatsApp delivery fails, covering Azercell, Bakcell, and Nar Mobile networks with 100% reach.
How the Cascade SMS System Works
- Step 1 — WhatsApp delivery: A personalized invitation with a direct link, table number, and event details is sent via WhatsApp. If delivery is confirmed within 60 seconds, the process is complete.
- Step 2 — Automatic SMS fallback: If WhatsApp delivery fails, the system instantly sends an automatic SMS invitation to the same number with a short link and event summary.
- Step 3 — 24h reminder SMS: Guests who did not receive WhatsApp confirmation get a reminder SMS 24 hours before the event.
Why SMS Invitations Matter
- 100% delivery guarantee: SMS reaches every mobile phone with network coverage, including older non-smartphones common among elder relatives.
- Corporate event coverage: Business phone numbers are rarely registered on WhatsApp — corporate SMS channels fill this gap.
- Rural and regional guests: In Azerbaijan's rural regions, SMS reliability exceeds WhatsApp connectivity.
