Crowdsourced Event Media Library & Host Moderation enables wedding and corporate event guests to upload candid photos, high-definition videos, and audio wishes straight through their digital invitation web link without installing third-party apps. Fortified with FileSecurityService anti-malware verification, background AI face grouping, and an intuitive Masonry-style moderation dashboard, it gives hosts complete curation power over their private memories.
The Dilemma of Gathering Guest-Captured Memories
At any modern celebration, guests capture spontaneous, authentic angles that official videographers and photographers might miss. Yet gathering these valuable memories afterwards remains frustrating:
- Compression Degradation: Sending media through messaging apps drastically reduces resolution, destroying raw sharpness and dynamic contrast.
- Clunky Cloud Shared Folders: Directing guests to complex cloud storage links creates friction for non-technical or elderly attendees.
- Lack of Privacy Filtering: Open public drives often get cluttered with unflattering or duplicate snapshots.
How the Invitation.az Media Engine Works
Built with enterprise scalability, Invitation.az combines simplicity with robust back-end pipelines:
- One-Tap Instant Uploads: Guests tap the prominent "Upload Photos & Videos" button inside their personal invitation to upload media instantly from their camera roll.
- Rigorous Security Inspection (FileSecurityService): Every incoming stream is analyzed against strict MIME signatures to reject corrupted files or malicious payloads.
- Automated AI Processing: Background workers dispatch
ProcessMediaWithAIJobto index facial embeddings for fast participant identification. - Comprehensive Host Dashboard: The organizer reviews uploads across dedicated tabs (All, Photos, Videos, Audio) using an adaptive Masonry layout, approving or trashing with a single click.
- Selective Public Showcase: Hosts can toggle the "Make Public" flag on curated highlights to showcase a live community gallery accessible to all invitation recipients.
Full-Resolution Archival and Curated Collections
Leveraging the WeedingMediaCollection architecture, hosts can group memories into thematic collections (such as Ceremony Highlights or Reception Dances), generate password-protected family links, and download the entire lossless archive in bulk.
